Nanping Bee Breeding Base--Fujian

Northern Fujian Province as "Hercynian green hinterland," honey is very adequate, suitable for bee breeding, at present, the used honey resource only occupies 10% of the entire amount of bee resouces, the space of honey bee breeding is very large.

According to statistics, In Nanping city, there have 10 counties (cities, districts) involve in bee breeding industry, there are about 40,000 cases of bee, and the annual output of honey products is 1000 tons.

At present, Nanping city has set up a bee beekeeping association, the counties of Nanping have set up five township associations, furthermore, established a county-level professional beekeeping cooperatives.
