Bakery China, organized by China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry (CABCI)  and Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd. launched since 1997 and annually held in Shanghai in May.

Bakery China is the Asia Pacific‘s leading event serving the entire value chain for the bakery and confectionery market. The event enables global leading professionals and buyer delegates to meet and share the latest innovations and thinking on manufacturing & distribution, R&D, applications and related services for bakery industry.

Bakery China 2020, held on May 6-9, occupies all the 17 halls of SNIEC, totally over 220,000sqm, featured about 2,300 selected suppliers & manufactures and more than 300,000 visits from about 120 countries and regions to learn and network, as well as to source and trade the widest selection of quality and cost effective bakery ingredients, equipment, applications and related products & services.
