SOHO China new complex launched

SOHO China Ltd launched its newest commercial complex in Shanghai’s Changning District.

With a total gross floor area of around 170,000 square meters, SOHO Tianshan Plaza, adjacent to the Loushanguan Road station of Metro Line 2, comprises 74,000 square meters of Grade A offices and 17,000 square meters of high-end retail and hotel space.

The complex also houses nearly 1,000 SOHO 3Q work stations that are set to hit the market next month.

In early 2015, the company launched SOHO 3Q in Beijing and Shanghai. There will be 19 SOHO 3Q projects in the two cities by the end of July with combined capacity exceeding 16,000 work stations, according to the company.
