Kyrgyzstan's foreign debt totals 3.7 bln USD

Kyrgyzstan's public debt has amounted to over 4.4 billion U.S. dollars, the country's Finance Ministry reported Monday.
Foreign debt amounted to roughly 3.8 billion dollars and internal debt stood at more than 687 million dollars.
Kyrgyzstan's largest creditors include the Export-Import Bank of China at 1.7 billion dollars or 45.2 percent of the country's foreign debt, the International Development Association at 647 million dollars or 17.2 percent of foreign debt, and the Asian Development Bank at 563 million dollars or 15 percent of the foreign debt.
According to the Finance Ministry, more than 232 million dollars was allocated from January to August in 2019 to service state debt, 120 million dollars of which was allocated to foreign debt and the remainder to internal debt.
