Dollar changes hands in lower 111 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 111 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Monday, largely in line with its levels on Friday in New York.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 111.06-07 yen compared with 111.13-23 yen in New York and 110.98-99 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1231-1232 dollars and 124.74-78 yen against 1.1225-1235 dollars and 124.82-92 yen in New York and 1.1209-1211 dollars and 124.40-44 yen in late Friday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
