TEC to double portfolio

THE Executive Center, the second-largest serviced office provider in Asia-Pacific, expects to double its portfolio in China within the next four years amid robust market demand. 

By 2020, TEC will operate more than 100 premium serviced offices in the country, up from 53 now, Paul Salnikow, chairman and chief executive officer of TEC, told Shanghai Daily yesterday in an exclusive interview. Revenue from its China business touched 1.16 billion yuan (US$169 million) last year.
