China's fiscal revenue falls 13.6 pct in Jan-May period

China's fiscal revenue declined in the first five months of the year, down 13.6 percent from one year earlier, official data showed Thursday.

The country's fiscal revenue totaled 7.77 trillion yuan (about 1.1 trillion U.S. dollars) during the January-May period, according to data released by the Ministry of Finance.
