China's Wuhan allows real estate companies to resume production in batches

WUHAN, March 23  -- Authorities are allowing real estate companies to resume production in batches in Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei Province.

The government supports these companies to conduct online and offline marketing activities in an orderly manner to power the housing sector's stable and healthy development, according to a notice issued Monday by Wuhan's Housing Security and Management Bureau.

However, the companies must strictly follow epidemic prevention and control rules. They must enhance prevention material supplies, strengthen supervision on personnel's health and step up training so that work resumption is safe and orderly, according to the notice.

The government will further streamline approval procedures for the companies, the notice said.
