CHINESE conglomerate HNA Group has announced its plan to buy Singapore’s logistics provider CWT at S$2.33 per share for about S$1.4 billion (US$996 million). The deal was a result of almost a year of negotiations between the two sides. The offer is higher than CWT’s last traded price of S$2.07.Contact: Newyork Liu
