JV seeks fleet growth

ARVAL Jiutong Co, a joint venture between Arval and Shanghai Bashi Car Rental Service, expects to expand its fleet to 10,000 vehicles in China by 2020, a surge of 132 percent from 4,300 vehicles covering 53 cities now.

\ “We are planning to further expand our business to cities like Ningbo, Wuhan and Wuxi in the coming years,” said Tero Tapala, general mana­ger of Arval Jiutong.
