Everbright Securities reports robust revenue, profit growth in 2020

Everbright Securities, one of China's major securities companies, has issued an announcement on its robust growth in revenue and profits in 2020.
Its net profits attributable to shareholders surged 325 percent year on year to reach 2.42 billion yuan (about 373.98 million U.S. dollars) last year, according to a preliminary financial statement the company filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Operating revenue jumped by 56.86 percent year on year to 15.78 billion yuan last year, the statement shows.
By the end of 2020, the company's total assets topped 228.42 billion yuan, up 11.92 percent from a year before.
