It was known by the reporter on September 1 from the secretariat of the organizing committee of the fifth Central China Expo that up to the mid August, six central China's provinces filled in and reported 8404 projects of investment solicitation, with total investment of USD669.2b, covering new energy, new materials, hi-end technologies, ecological tourism, modern agriculture, equipment manufacturing and other key industries.

It was introduced that during the Expo, nearly one hundred events of on-site projects matchmaking and recommendation and introduction of special topics of all sorts will be held and the organizing committee of the Expo will conduct 21 special symposiums and project matchmaking talks, and cities divided into districts and counties of Jiangxi province will make full use of the platform of the Expo to hold roughly 50 recommendation and introduction meetings, symposiums and talks focusing on project matchmaking and negotiations, and then the organizing committee of the Expo will organize a batch of major cooperation projects to be signed.
