From January to February, Henan newly approved 32 foreign-invested enterprises, up 28% year-on-year, with the contractedly utilized foreign capital of USD208.53m, down 50.6% year-on-year, and the actually utilized foreign capital of USD628.11m, up 4.6% year-on-year.

On that current month of February, the province newly approved 13 foreign-invested enterprises, with the newly approved contracted foreign capital of USD122.73m, and the actual foreign capital in place of USD260.24m, down 30.8% year-on-year.
