Located in the east section of Sichuan Province, the field is the third largest in China. Its geological structure falls into three gas layers with a total length of 200 km and width of 20 km. Its proven reserves are over 50 billion cubic meters. It is expected its annual output will come to 5 billion cubic meters by 2010.
